Two bedrooms

The first is a double room, with a built-in wardrobe, relax corner with a chair and a little table.

The second is a single room with a single and a half bed, which can so accomodate a second person, wardrobe and desk.

Both bedrooms are provided with air conditioning and independent heating, a beautiful ceiling with wood beams at sight and excellent lighting and are positioned in the back side of the residence, to grant the maximum quiet. The furniture is studied to ensure the most comfortable stay.

Both downstairs and in the first floor there are two bathrooms, one with a stand-up shower (120×80), personal hygiene products available only upon request.

The rooms have: safe, hair dryer, indipendent sink and refrigerator.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a common space, equipped with all the necessary to allow the quests to prepare their meals in total freedom, according to their need or personal tastes. Available breakfast for celiacs with highly certified products.

Living room

The wide and bright living room, with a large and comfortable table in country style, led and satellite TV, relax corner.

All the locals are air conditioned and brand-new.
